Nick Jonas (@NickJonas): Broadway Talks Conversations
Nick Jonas joined Jordan Roth for the Broadway Talks Conversations held at the 92nd Street Y yesterday (March 4) in New York City.
Check out the pics and some parts of the Q&As below!
Jordan Roth: “Do you like Finch?”
Nick Jonas: “I like the guy. The job is fun. There’s lots of dancing! I have to rest my body a lot. I like Finch because he never lies; he tells just the right truth to get exactly what he wants.”
JR: “Was replacing Daniel Radcliffe limiting or liberating?”
NJ: ”Liberating, because I got to bring in all my own ideas”
JR: “How was Les Miz different at 11 vs at 18?”
NJ: “At 18 I understood the heart of it more. I found myself feeling heavy. I do a one man show of Les Miz in my dressing room to warm up every night. One of these days I’ll have to film it”
JR: “Your dad says you, at age 3, could do things his college students couldn’t do. Were you a child prodigy?”
NJ: “No”
JR: “Did you ever fight with your brothers?”
NJ: “Actually, from a young age we found conflict to be very unproductive”
JR: “What do you make of child stars who go off the rails?”
NJ: “I wish I could help them. All I can do is pray for them”
